How A Paraphrasing Tool Can Make Your Article Different from the Original

In our lives, we most likely used a paraphrasing tool at one time or another. As a student, we have tons of assignments to turn in. When we hear the word assignment, we always look for shortcuts. And what could be a better shortcut for assignments than a paraphrasing tool?

If you are a blogger or a professional writer, a paraphrasing tool can be your best friend. However, most writers and bloggers do not support the idea of using paraphrasing tools. There could be several reasons for this. Some writers think manual writing is unbeatable in quality and this is according to the human level of understanding. In this article, we will discuss how a paraphrasing tool generates different content from your original work and how can we take advantage of a paraphrasing tool in the best way possible.

Let’s get straight to our discussion!

Paraphrased Content Vs. Original Content

If we talk about original content that we write or type manually with our own hands, it is the best for our understanding. People have different perspectives on the same thing, agreed? This is what makes manual writing a lot more impressive.

We as humans do not rely on a single fact or piece of logic to understand a thing. We want multiple areas that support something. It would not be wrong to say that original content is what’s inside our minds. We get the idea and we start writing on and on. However, paraphrased content is entirely different from what we discussed about original content. The term ‘paraphrase’ means rewriting the original text.

We all have been practicing this our entire lives. In colleges when we have a writing task for our homework, what is the first thing we do? We simply Google about the given topic, explore one or two sources and start writing the material in our own words. Well, folks, this is what we call ‘paraphrasing.’ This advancement in technology gave birth to many new inventions. For writers, paraphrasing tools are one of them. You can go to Google, type ‘paraphrasing tool online’, and see hundreds of results displayed in front of your eyes.

Paraphrasing Tool in Wider Context

Paraphrasing tool online is designed to provide writers and bloggers with rewritten content that is attractive to readers. Instead of doing this manually, writers can do this via tools. Paraphrasing tools are developed using machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to give writers unique content without any plagiarism.

How does a paraphrasing tool work to provide different content than an original one?

As we mentioned earlier, the working of the paraphrasing tool is all artificial intelligence. The algorithm behind the tool makes sure users get the best content. Want to know how? Read on.

Changing words with synonyms

From this image, we can clearly understand how paraphrasing tools work to generate different content from the original one. In the left white box, we have the original text. In the right white box, we can see the bold words. The paraphrasing tool simply replaces bold words as synonyms to original words. And the thing to notice here is, the tool uses only the most suitable word for synonyms. It replaces only those words whose synonyms don’t ruin the actual context of the word.

Changing sentence structure

In this image, we have an original text that we want to paraphrase. Now we will see how a paraphrasing tool works with the sentence structure of this text.

In this image, we can see how the tool changes the sentence structure of the original text. However, the actual context of the sentence is not disturbed. This is how a paraphrasing tool generates different content than the original content inserted into it. Isn’t it amazing?

Generates precise content from the original one

Paraphrasing tools always generate precise content from the original one, which means less or no chances of plagiarism. Once the content is plagiarism-free, it is different from the source content. In the end precise content is always considered more valuable. A paraphrasing tool goes through the entire source content, analyzes it for redundancy and similar information, and cuts down all the fluff in content.

When we write something fresh, there are good chances that we will make some grammatical or spelling mistakes while writing. Go to Google, search for something, copy some portion of the text, and paste it on grammar checker to see hidden mistakes. You will certainly find some hidden grammatical mistakes because no matter how good a writer is, grammatical mistakes are made.

If we rewrite the same text manually, we can’t get rid of hidden grammatical mistakes because we will only use paraphrased content when we are lazy or have a shortage of time. Using a tool for this purpose can surely take your paraphrase content game to next level. It will rewrite your inserted source content by removing all the underlying writing mistakes. These are some elements that make sure a paraphrasing tool produces unique, plagiarism-free, and different content from the source content inserted into it.

Tips to make paraphrased content more attractive to readers

If you want paraphrased content to appear as human written manual content, you need some additional tips. Take these tips as cake frosting, the more you put effort, the more it looks amazing.

Headings are crucial

If you want your paraphrased content to stand no chance of ignorance, you need to work on headings. Make sure you add proper headings to support your discussion. Do not forget to make use of h1, h2, and h3 headings in your content. Google values well-formatted content. Add headings according to your content ratio. If your content is 1000 words make sure you add 4 to 5 headings.

Make good use of images

According to Google’s content ranking factors, appropriate images contribute to your content ranking on a search engine. Obviously, paraphrasing tools won’t insert images into your content so you have to do this for yourself. Find good images according to your topic and insert them into your content. Justify image size and position, make sure all images go with the same size and position, and you are good to go.

Powerful conclusion

We always heard start with the bang and end as if people agree to do what you are asking them to. This is what you have to implement to make your paraphrased content more engaging. Never forget the effectiveness of a powerful conclusion. The conclusion is mandatory and you have to write a conclusion at the end of every article or blog you paraphrased via tools.

If your content length is 1000 words make sure your conclusion is in between 200 words. Do not write a conclusion randomly. Write the main theme of your discussion in it. In your conclusion, leave some action for the readers. Ask for their opinion or recommendation.

Last Words

To cut it short, we have discussed how paraphrasing tools help writers in creating entirely different content from the original. Whether you are writing a blog post or an academic piece, you need to make sure that your content is unique and original. Even if you want to copy something from a source, don’t duplicate it directly. Run it through a paraphrasing tool instead to shuffle the words up a bit. We have shed light on the working of paraphrasing tools, how we can make paraphrased content more appealing to readers as well as a search engine.

  1. Hi Shazib,

Interesting opinion; but to be honest, I haven’t tried this tactic. And as I think of it, it can’t push you ahead with thought leadership. Yes, I’m a fan of AI-based content optimization programs that feed intelligent insights based on currently ranked top resources for the specific targeted keyword, but rewriting and rephrasing an existing article – can be used in some content recycling operations.

I may be biased, and someone who practices it regularly can throw some light on this discussion.

But again, a nice initiative discussing this subject, Shazib.

    • Hi Shyam, yes, this is a great way to create content quickly. As you say, however, it may not be the best way to generate unique thought leadership. I think this can be a part of your content strategy, but it can’t encompass the entire thing.
